Nacap & CPP Awarded Lincoln Gap Wind Farm – Phase 2
January 2019

Nacap and sister company Consolidated Power Projects (CPP) are pleased to announce their award of electrical and civil balance of plant services by Senvion for Lincoln Gap Wind Farm – Phase 2.

The contract will be for an additional 24 Wind Turbines.  Phase 2 will see Nacap pour 11,500m3 of concrete, construct 1500 tonne of steel form work and recruit a team of 110 personnel.

The award is a significant achievement for Nacap and CPP and recognition of the great field work performed by the project team during Phase 1 works comprising 35 Wind turbines.  It is also a demonstration of their ‘Teamwork’ value, which was essential in order to achieve this great result.

Once fully operational in late 2019, the Lincoln Gap Wind Farm project will generate 212MW of electricity, enough to power 155,000 households.
