We take our social responsibility very seriously.  Nacap adheres to heritage, landowners, the environment and local communities.

All stakeholders are considered carefully to ensure adverse impacts are first identified then mitigated. Our risk management process is rigorous and thorough. Daily liaison with landowners and communities via our landowner management team promotes positive open communication of construction impacts and sound management of community expectations throughout project duration.

The involvement of traditional owners and the management of indigenous cultural heritage sites is an integral part of our construction process. This is one of Nacap’s key strengths, as evidenced though past projects and relationships with various traditional owner groups. Over the course of many projects, Nacap has developed extensive in-house expertise and systems for working with indigenous stakeholders which benefits our clients on over project.  Our inclusive approach brings local communities into our crews, our camps and the project as a whole.
