Graduate Program
Nacap’s Graduate Program offers an 18-month, hands-on opportunity to build a rewarding career in engineering and project management. With three rotations across Site, Engineering, and Estimating, you’ll gain essential on-the-job experience and develop insights into Nacap’s innovative projects. The program is supported by formal learning pathways, mentoring, and guidance from experienced Engineering Managers.
